The Instrument Centre provides training for the use of the instruments in our facility. If you are interested, please ask further details from Alex Dickens (alex.dickens@utu.fi)

Master's thesis experimental section (erikoistyö) and advanced practical training (syventävä harjoitustyö)

In addition to instrument training, all students interested in doing their Master’s Thesis experimental work or advanced level practical training (syventävät harjoitustyöt) are warmly welcome to do it at the Instrument Centre. The topics are mainly related to our research projects and most often to NMR and MS metabolomics in collaboration with medical sciences, biology or biochemistry. However, all kinds of aspects of NMR and MS are of our interest, including for example solid state NMR, ionic liquids or computational chemistry and molecular modelling. You are welcome to discuss about the topics and your own interests!
